The breakfast was quite good. It was cooked well, though nothing too special.
The parking situation WASN'T great. It was quite small and frequently full, difficult to maneuver in and out of the parking spot. I seemed like it was a gamble every time I returned to the hotel.

a good and quiet stay
tea facilities microwave use extra touches room cleaning
the room included tea-making facilities and good-sized glasses. a fridge and microwave were available for guest use, along with cutlery and condiments. i appreciated the extra touches, like a heater, fan, hairdryer, and even earplugs. extra tea bags were available, and daily room cleaning was optional.
The car park was small. Maneuvering in and out of parking spaces proved a challenge when it was full.

breakfast was tasty, i enjoyed the high-quality produce. the service was cute with a smile from debbie, jackie, and the team. the breakfast selection was excellent.

the sitting room had a microwave and a fridge. this proved very handy for storing fresh milk and preparing small meals. the internet access worked well. plenty of information leaflets and cards were available.

awkward beam head-banger beam
Breakfast tasted good.
The shower was a disaster because a beam ran right through it. I hit my head hard. The beam was also over the toilet which was not ideal.

small parking missing shampoo
The small parking lot often filled up. I struggled to maneuver in and out of my parking spot. The lack of shampoo in the room was like a basic amenity was missing. the room seemed cramped, I even bumped my knee on the bed corner more than once.

immaculate stay
lovely decor sizeable room helpful host
the decor throughout the building was lovely , and our room was quite sizeable. the bathroom also had a good size, and the shower worked very well. off-road parking was available , which i found convenient. the host was friendly and helpful , offering good advice on local attractions.
the traffic noise was noticeable since the guest house is located on a busy main road.

my room was very clean. breakfast was the best i have had in a guest house, it was fantastic.
the shower was awful. the ceiling beamed ran right through the shower, it was uncomfortable for anyone tall.
